When I joined Cuaco there was one voice in the bar that always appeared to be so much louder than the rest. That of course was 'Will'!You always felt like you needed to wear a tin hat whenever he was around (which was most of the tme!)as he would give you stick whether you asked for it or not. I soon came to realise that his banter was his own way of making you feel welcome. For me, in all the years associated with Cuaco there was no bigger personality than 'Will'. Funny really, I never admitted it at the time but my desire to do well at cricket was partly influenced in the hope that 'Will' might acknowledge it. I might also then be spared being the butt of his jokes that evening! Like so many of us at Cuaco I really enjoyed spending time with him. I know I will miss him but never forget him.
